This flight ready cable (single-end terminated with a connector) in its Bell Aerospace sealed packaging, would have connected to the pilot / shutoff valves on the Valve Package Assembly. A bi-propellant valve assembly actually attached to the LM Ascent engine which controlled fuel and oxidizer flow to the engine. You can see the cables installed on the engine in the photo.
