This card was used in training by the astronauts of the Apollo 16 mission. It outlined the procedures to repressurize the cabin of the Command Module in an emergency. The card has duct tape on the side to easily grab and Velcro on the back to affix it to its place in the CM. Presumably one identical to if flew in the spacecraft.
